Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Deliver a wide range of care services, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure quality care.
  • Provide compassionate support to clients in-home care and long-term care settings.
  • Flexibility: Build your schedule to match your lifestyle!

    Requirements:

    • LPN Registry with NSCN: Must be active on the Nova Scotia College of Nursing Registry without any conditions
    • Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
    • Current TB Screen and clean Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
    • Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
    • Valid driver’s license is required
    • A minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
