Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship, personal care and support with ADL’s
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Oakville and Burlington Area
- Looking for a variety availability (days, evenings and overnights) however must be available at least 15 hours per week and 2 weekend days per month.
Requirements:
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- At least 2 Covid-19 vaccines (proof required)
- Must be able to legally work in Ontario Canada
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
