Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Director of Nursing.
- Help clients with their ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Nursing Assistant.
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises, as needed.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Service the Pinellas County and/or Pasco County areas. (St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Largo, Pasco County).
- Looking for all visit times (800-1500; 1500-2300; 2300-800) weekdays and weekends.

Requirements:
- 1 – 3 year previous caregiving experience. (preferred).
- Proof of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the state of Florida.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English at a minimum high-school level proficiency. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus.
- Proof of Florida Department of Nursing licensure/certification.
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check.
- Must be able to legally work in Pinellas County or Pasco County in the United States to apply for this position.
- Ability to travel independently to client visits and valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage. (Clients may require transportation at times).
- We provide 24/7 care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients’ needs.
- Two positive professional references.
- Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
- Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
