Our Care Team members serve clients in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Mission.

Responsibilities and Duties
Our team of Caregivers, Personal Support Workers, Registered Care Aides, and Health Care Assistants:
- Deliver Happier Aging, empowering seniors to do what they love, while bringing peace of mind to them & their families
- Help clients with their activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc..
- Deliver premium home health care within the scope of your foreign nurse, PSW, RCA, HCA training, your job description, and the clients’ care plan under the direction of a Care Designer.
- Complete records and documentation using an online app.
- Represent Nurse Next Door with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous home health care experience as an Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN), RCA, PSW, or HCA is an asset
- Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (within last 12 months)
- TB test (within last 24 months)
- Proof of Double COVID 19 Vaccination
- Current Frist Aid with CPR or Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN). Student Nurses require a letter from School that confirms the student candidate can do the tasks of a Health Care Aide.
- Excellent English skill (written & verbal)
- Clean driver’s abstract and willing to drive seniors
- Able to work multiple shifts of 2-8 hours per shift in at least TWO OF THE FOLLOWING CITIES: COQUITLAM, PORT COQUITLAM, PITT MEADOWS, MAPLE RIDGE OR MISSION
- Two positive professional references
