Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Creates Happier Aging experiences and client-focused care in home and community settings
  • Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
  • Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice outlined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Engages and reports in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified 
  • Responds to Care Services Center (CSC) team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed-upon timeline
  • Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently as outlined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Is a leader in the community 
  • Able to use applications via phone and email to ensure proper communication and documentation are completed for your client’s care
  • Service the Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas
  • Looking for all visit times, weekdays and weekends

Requirements:

  • Education Requirements: 
    • Associate or higher degree in Nursing from Accredited College or University.
    • Active Nursing License in the State of North Carolina or compact license state.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum two years’ experience in an acute care setting.
    • Home care experience is an asset.
    • Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Intentional organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills
    • Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving goals  
    • Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
    • Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
    • We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, or evening to meet our clients’ needs.
    • Passionate about making a difference, delivering a “WOW” Customer experience, admiring people, and finding a better way
    • Ability to travel independently to client’s visits
    • Two positive professional references
  • Must be able to legally work in North Carolina to apply for this position
  • A valid driver’s license is required
