Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and physician orders
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and catheter management
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in client condition, informing the Supervising Nurse and physician as needed
- Document care provided accurately and effectively in electronic medical records
- As directed by the Supervising Nurse, provide guidance and support to LPNs and Home Care Aides
- Service the McLean, Oakton, Vienna, Reston, Falls Church areas
- Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, with at least one year in home care or a related setting preferred
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Current USA,VIRGINIA RN license in good standing
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in the US to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required
