Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide one on one, in home, advanced footcare
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Flexible scheduling

Requirements:

• 1 year previous nursing experience providing footcare
• Advanced Medical Footcare Certificate
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
• Proof of registration with CNO
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
